The Washington Child Health Improvement Partnership (WA-CHIP) will support clinics across Washington State to increase adolescent vaccination coverage.

WA-CHIP supports clinics to implement reminder-recall for adolescents due for vaccines and identify missed opportunities in adolescent immunizations to improve care. Over a 9-month period, clinics identify opportunities to increase adolescent vaccinations; implement improvements; receive regular data and coaching; and participate in a community of clinics working toward the same goals.

Benefits

Participating clinics will benefit from:

  • Technical assistance
  • Quality improvement intervention coaching
  • Networking opportunities
  • Maintenance of Certification (MOC IV) for pediatricians and family physicians
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME)
