The Washington Child Health Improvement Partnership (WA-CHIP) supports clinics across Washington State to increase child and adolescent vaccination coverage under our Vaccine Committee.
WA-CHIP supports clinics to implement reminder-recall for patients due for vaccines and identify missed opportunities in immunizations to improve care. Over a 7-month period, clinics identify opportunities to increase vaccinations; implement improvements; receive regular data and coaching; and participate in a community of clinics working toward the same goals.
